Thursday’s DLANC election was the largest ever experienced – THANK YOU!
What are the next steps?
Ballot counting started today (June 13)
The Final Certified Canvass is expected to be released on June 19.
The Recount and Challenge Filing period begins June 24.
The Recount period (if challenged or requested) begins June 30.
The Final Election report is expected on July 15th.
DLANC won’t have election results until the Clerk’s Office has made them available publicly. Again, DLANC will receive the election result information at the same time as the public will.
We won’t have any “early results” - the earliest we all can expect results will be on June 19th.

Also - a congratulations to the City Clerks office for conducting one of their first Neighborhood Council election. From the Neighborhood Council's point of view there are plenty of lesson's learned, and there will be opportunities within DLANC and the Clerk's office to discuss what we could do to improve the election process.
